Burtucala Golden Rating

We are here to connect business opportunities in Portugal with international investors.
This is why we created the Burtucala Golden Rating.
Our rating is essentially a quality check designed to create transparency, uniformity, and of course, ensure that investors can get the full picture and compare opportunities equally.
We perform strict filtering of the business opportunities that come to us. Only the golden opportunities will be presented here after a strict analysis and objective ranking.
The ranking is based on 5 equally weighted criteria, with each criterion receiving a score on a scale of 1 to 10.

The Criteria
The first criterion is the level of customer trust in the business or entrepreneur.
This criterion evaluates customer satisfaction based on their reviews, considering both positive and negative feedback.
Customer's trust
The second criterion assesses the level of experience of the entrepreneur or business in the field.
This includes the number of years of experience, the scope, scale, and diversity of projects completed, as well as their involvement in related areas.
Business Experience
The third criterion evaluates the attractiveness of the business model.
This measures the economic viability of the entrepreneur's or business's model in comparison to standard market alternatives in the industry.
Attractive business model
The fourth criterion assesses innovation and sophistication.
This evaluates the extent to which the entrepreneur's or business's model incorporates innovation, whether through the business model itself, a novel solution to an existing problem, advanced technology, tools, production methods, products or services, or strategic collaborations and complementary offerings.
Innovation and sophistication
The fifth criterion evaluates alignment with local values.
This measures how well the business or entrepreneur integrates with the local community by addressing significant local needs, respecting and adapting to local customs, creating job opportunities, fostering growth for local employees, and engaging with the local market.
